Packaging was mostly Chinese including instruction. QR Code included in packaging doesn't work. Website address included in packaging (in english) doesn't resolve. Managed to find APK for app required to enable remote control called MonsterPub. once installed app requires email address and location tracking enabled (tracking can be denied to app after initial install). Network access of device requires additional messaging app to be installed of of which is Whatsapp. One can only enable one access per 48 hours. 06 Nov 2019 15:48
